In a live program, your facilitator would guide you through the True Colors Career Alignment experience, helping you explore your temperament strengths, communication style, and workplace preferences. Facilitators also help participants interpret their assessment results and apply what they learn to real-world career decisions.
Through interactive activities, group discussions, and practical exercises, True Colors facilitators support participants in building self-awareness, strengthening workplace communication skills, and identifying career environments where they are most likely to thrive.

As part of the Career Alignment Program, you will complete a series of short assessments designed to help you better understand your temperament, strengths, and workplace preferences.These assessments provide important insights that will be used throughout the program to support your personal growth, career exploration, and workplace success.
Your assessments will help you:

• explore how you approach work, tasks, and teamwork
• understand your preferred work environments and pace
• discover career paths that align with your strengths and interests

• The assessments typically take 20–30 minutes total to complete
• Answer questions based on how you naturally think and behave
• There are no right or wrong answers
Why These Assessments Matter
The insights from these assessments will be used in the next step of the program when you meet with your facilitator to review your results and explore how your strengths connect to potential career opportunities.

If You’re Attending In-Person
Here’s how to prepare for an engaging session:
- Arrive early: Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before the start time to sign in, settle in, and meet your facilitator.
- Dress comfortably: Expect movement and interaction as you explore your True Colors.
- Be ready to connect: You’ll be participating in small-group discussions and collaborative activities.

- Check your tech: Test your WiFi connection, camera, and microphone ahead of time.
- Create your own learning space: Choose a quiet spot free from distractions so you can fully participate.
