My goal is to help you further discover your strengths and unlock your full potential, thus resulting in enhanced productivity and a collaborative work culture. In addition to facilitating True Colors, I also serve as the Senior Vice President of Growth & Impact of a reputable educational consulting company where I lead teams focused on client success, sales, implementation, impact and strategic initiatives.
In my free time I enjoy taking inspiration tours that fuel ideas for my joy of decorating, cooking, reading and spending time with family and friends.

This course lives in TIMA, True Colors Interface for Mastery & Advancement. This LMS is designed to enhance your learning, help you stay organized, and give you a place to return to long after the workshop ends.

If You’re Attending In-Person
Here’s how to prepare for an engaging session:
- Arrive early: Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before the start time to sign in, settle in, and meet your facilitator.
- Dress comfortably: Expect movement and interaction as you explore your True Colors.
- Be ready to connect: You’ll be participating in small-group discussions and collaborative activities.
If You’re Attending Virtually
- Check your tech: Test your WiFi connection, camera, and microphone ahead of time.
- Create your own learning space: Choose a quiet spot free from distractions so you can fully participate.
- Engage actively: Turn on your camera, join the chat, and contribute to discussions, it makes the experience much more colorful!
