My work spans leadership development, social-emotional learning, restorative practices, trauma-informed care, culturally responsive education, and organizational growth. I have the privilege of partnering with schools and organizations to facilitate professional learning, coach teams, and support positive systems change. I believe True Colors is much more than a personality assessment, it is a powerful tool for increasing self-awareness, strengthening relationships, and appreciating the unique strengths that each person brings to a team. Time and again, I have seen True Colors transform communication, reduce conflict, and foster greater empathy and collaboration. Whether participants are educators, leaders, students, or community members, the insights gained through True Colors create lasting personal and professional growth.
When I'm not facilitating workshops or working alongside school teams, you'll likely find me spending time with my family, hiking, walking outdoors, or enjoying time at the beach. I believe that learning should be engaging, meaningful, and even fun, and I strive to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable participating, reflecting, and growing. I'm excited to be part of your True Colors journey and look forward to learning alongside you as we discover the unique gifts and strengths that make each of us who we are.
