Read My Bio
Prior to joining the Clerk’s office, Nicole worked with the City of Boca Raton for over 25 years in various leadership roles, including Revenue Manager, Emergency Manager, and Organizational Program Manager. Nicole has an extensive background in Organizational Development including Strategic Planning, employee leadership development, coaching, team building and training. Nicole is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Elite True Colors Facilitator, Certified Government Finance Officer, and Professional in Human Resources and most recently an author, with over 20 years’ experience managing and motivating people, specifically in the non-for-profit environment.
She has worked with municipalities across the Unites States, with a focus here in Florida. She has led rising leader programs, strategic planning, and team building sessions, for large and small organizations. With a focus on Transforming people’s experience in their everyday life, Nicole works with a passion for change.
