True Colors Premier Access
Service Description

Premier Access is an optional annual subscription within TIMA, the True Colors Interface for Mastery and Advancement. The subscription provides enhanced facilitator tools, participant engagement capabilities, reporting features, exclusive digital resources, and recertification benefits beyond Standard Access.

Eligibility

Premier Access is available only to individuals who hold active Certified Facilitator status under the True Colors Certified Facilitator Agreement . Access is contingent upon maintaining certification in good standing.

Subscription Fee

Annual Subscription: $600 USD per certified facilitator per year

Multiple in-house facilitators: $300 USD per facilitator per year

Fees are assessed per certified facilitator and are not enterprise-wide unless separately contracted in writing.

Term and Renewal

Premier Access is sold as a twelve (12) month subscription beginning on the date of activation.

Subscriptions renew annually at the then-current rate unless canceled in writing prior to the renewal date.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Access to Premier features may be suspended for nonpayment.

Premier Access includes:

• Full Facilitator Hub access within TIMA

• Personalized facilitator landing page

• Participant portal for pre and post engagement

• Individual and team reporting tools

• Evaluation and assessment functionality

• Exclusive facilitator resources and updated content

• Discounts on official True Colors materials

• Biennial recertification included at no additional cost

Certification Requirements

Maintaining Premier Access does not replace annual certification activity requirements. If certification lapses, Premier Access privileges may be suspended until certification is reinstated.

Non Transferability

Subscriptions are assigned to a single certified facilitator and may not be shared or transferred without written approval.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, tools, reports, and materials remain the intellectual property of True Colors International and are governed by the Certified Facilitator Agreement.

Governing Agreement

Premier Access is governed by and subject to the terms of the True Colors Certified Facilitator Agreement .
