Welcome to True Success!

True Success gives teachers and counselors a meaningful way to help students connect what they learn about themselves to the choices ahead of them.

Using each student’s Career Compass report, True Colors spectrum, and Power Combo as a starting point, the program guides students through eleven modules that help them recognize their strengths, understand how they learn, explore career possibilities, and set goals with greater clarity and confidence.
The educator version includes lesson plans, discussion prompts, activities, and guidance for leading each module. Students capture their reflections and discoveries in a True Success binder, creating a personal record they can return to as they make decisions about classes, study habits, career paths, and future goals.
By the end of the program, students have more than a report. They have language for who they are, a clearer understanding of the environments where they may thrive, and a stronger sense of the education, career, and life choices they want to pursue.
