This FULL DAY recertification experience is your chance to reconnect with the heart of True Colors, refresh your role as a certified trainer, and make sure you’re set up for success moving forward. Whether it’s been a while or you’ve been consistently active, this is a great opportunity to align with current standards and continue making a meaningful impact in every session you lead.

Do I need to recertify this year? 

YES! If you were originally certified in 2024 or before.

What You Will Experience 

Morning Focus: Skill Refresh and Real-World Application
You will begin the day grounding yourself in the purpose of recertification and preparing for a productive, engaging experience. From there, the focus shifts quickly into facilitator skill-building and applied learning. This portion of the day is interactive, reflective, and designed to sharpen how you show up in the room, whether virtual or in person.

Morning highlights include:
  • Facilitator skill refresh and best practices
  • Guided group activities to strengthen delivery and adaptability
  • “What if?” discussions that address common facilitation challenges
  • Scenario-based practice using real-world situations
  • Clear post-training preparation to support confident implementation

Afternoon Focus: Tools, Resources, and Alignment
The afternoon is focused on connection, clarity, and alignment with current True Colors resources and expectations. You will leave with a clear understanding of how everything connects and how to move forward with confidence for the next two years of facilitation.

Afternoon highlights include:
  • Meet and connect with the True Colors team
  • Walkthrough of updated training materials, solutions, and products
  • Live Show overview and how it supports your work
  • TIMA updates and how to use the platform effectively
  • Facilitator expectations and standards moving forward
  • Open Q&A and wrap-up to solidify next steps
